Finesse, a leading IT Systems & Software Integration company in the UAE announced today that Al Shafar General Contracting Co, the leading main turnkey contractor in the Middle East construction industry based in Dubai, has gone live with its BI & Analytics solution implementation.

ASGC partnered with Finesse to enhance their ability to drive greater value from their information using BI & Analytics solution. Finesse has implemented Qlik, a dynamic business intelligence solution which uses visualization to depict performance across processes and departments. Finesse has successfully developed the solution using QlikSense and has gone live with the automation of the existing manual consolidation of KPIs for performance of projects thus minimizing the dependency on manual excel based processes.

Information presented in consistent and useful manner helps different ASGC stakeholders. Through the implementation of this project, the processes to transform data collected across multiple departments have been made more consistent and easier to follow.

This project has helped ASGC process different data and present the KPIs and information in the most compelling way to provide better and faster insights and support the decision-making ability.
