Huawei climbs to third spot globally for 2016 Q4 server shipments

Huawei’s server shipment volume ranked third in the global market in Q4 2016 according to a recent market report1 released by Gartner.

According to Gartner’s Q4 2016 report, Huawei ranked third in server shipments for the first time in the global market in Q4 2016, improving from its fourth-place ranking before. Huawei servers are now used by over 5,000 customers across more than 150 countries globally. This ranking is the highest in Huawei’s server history, and is regarded as a significant milestone.
