OMA Emirates, a well known payments solutions provider showcased its new and innovative technology solutions at Seamless Middle East 2018. Apart from its homegrown solution and service developments for the banking sector, it catered to the transportation, retail and e-commerce sectors as well. The exhibition was held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center on April 15th and 16th, 2018.
For the first time, OMA Emirates demonstrated its unattended solutions on a parking meter enabling quick and easy payment of parking fees with hardware and software that will allow payment through credit and debit cards. With the region’s growing number of airports, amusement parks, stadiums and retail facilities, visitors could witness the ‘iSelf ‘solution with hardware that is integrated with the software along with required specifications.

On the Banking front, OMA Emirates demonstrated its Instant Issuance Kiosk and Account Opening Kiosk to its visitors as part of its Digital Banking Solutions Portfolio. Its multi-functionalities and state of the art features enable customers to instantly print debit cards with customization and even open accounts within a few clicks.
There was also a dedicated section for the MPOS solution under the mobility range enabling payments via any iOS, Android or Windows tablet device. The MPOS solution has been developed to tackle the mobility constraints at retail outlets. Considering the form factor of its range, it becomes the perfect solution for retail and departmental stores since it accelerates the checkout process by checking out customer’s from the store aisles itself hence reducing waiting time and enhancing customer experience.
The Middle East is seeing an increasing number of organizations building on their loyalty programs, OMA Emirates showcased it’s ‘Benefit Beyond’ Mobile Application, a multi-behavioral app which is a part of the Benefit Beyond – Retail Suite that host multiple programmes. The application allows account holders to avail points across multiple outlets as well as paying utilities bills, general information and other services. The QR code acceptance and Cash@Pos solution at retail stores was an attraction to many along with the additional services of Gift Card and Prepaid Card programs that have been added to the platform.
