Freshworks Holds the First Middle East Focused Customer Event, “Global Jam”


Freshworks has hosted the first-ever UAE edition of its flagship customer roadshow, Global Jam. Held in Dubai, the event brought together over 100 of the region’s CX, IT, sales, and marketing professionals from a range of industries including airlines, retail, e-commerce, and consumer services with the aim of understanding and addressing key customer experience trends in the digital-first era.
