Ultra-compact A4 black and white printers and MFPs among the new line-up
Ricoh, the IDC-named global leader in office equipment, has announced the regional availability of a new series of monochrome printers and multifunction products (MFPs). The SP-213 series, available at leading electronic retailers across the region, feature All-In-One print cartridge technology and Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) – a security standard that helps users easily secure a wireless network.

Features that can help customers meet their sustainability goals include manual duplex, a recyclable All-In-One print cartridge, minimal warmup time, and N-up printing and copying to place several pages of information on a single sheet to save paper. Paperless fax capability captures inbound faxes in memory and forwards them to an email address or to a network folder, enabling users to print only the ones they want. Users can also fax directly from their PCs, saving even more paper.
The RICOH SP-213 series combines high productivity with ease of use in a compact package. Compact enough to fit on a desktop, the single function series RICOH SP 213Nw is the ideal A4 black and white printer for home and small offices. A fast print speed, colour scanning and high speed G3 faxing enhance office performance.
The multifunction RICOH SP 213SFNw is extremely easy to operate via the user-friendly 4-line LCD panel and everything can be done from the front of the device. ID card copy is another time-saving feature allowing both sides of an ID card to be copied onto one side of paper. Data can be printed directly from a smart device such as a smartphone or tablet. To top it off, paperless fax reception, manual double-sided printing and a high-yield, all-in-one print cartridge reduces overall costs.
In EMEA alone, Ricoh has already established 48 distribution partners across 15 countries, and over 7,500 resellers are registered in the Ricoh Reseller portal. Ricoh supports partners and resellers with support tools, lead generation campaigns, sales tools, competitive rebates and incentives.
