Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business has demonstrated flawless 100% anti-tampering protection in AV-Comparatives’ annual focused pen-test. This tamper protection safeguards against user and third-party modifications, as well as controlling attempts on services, processes, files, and registry entries, even in privileged user contexts. The product met certification requirements by effectively defending against all tampering attacks studied.

In the face of cyberattacks on businesses, intruders often aim to disable security services before advancing and accessing targeted infrastructure. Therefore, cybersecurity products must possess mechanisms that shield them from compromise to prevent attacks from infiltrating corporate systems.

The product effectively countered all disabling attempts, such as deactivation or uninstallation of security solutions, configuration changes aimed at blocking updates, or whitelisting adversary tools.

Kaspersky consistently excels in both real-world independent testing and focused evaluations, such as AV-TEST’s Ransomware and Fileless assessments. In AV-Comparatives’ 2022 Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) test, Kaspersky’s solution successfully protected against attacks on the LSASS process, preventing the extraction of system/domain credentials for subsequent targeted use.
