Elaborate on your product VIGI and share how is the company approaching the international market for digital surveillance products?

VIGI is a product designed for IP digital surveillance, as the industry moves towards IP. We are testing a limited product line to determine which products to bring to the market and are working aggressively to secure certification. In terms of solutions, we offer a range of verticals, cameras, lens types, and management products. TP-Link’s unique solution sets us apart from competitors and we have a VMS product line on the way to the international market. Consumer networking is our main revenue contributor, but we see a shift towards digital surveillance, enterprise networking, and consumer electronics (Tapo). We see a bright future for all of these products.

What are TP-Link’s plans for 2023

TP-Link plans to work with system integrators to sell more cameras for residential or commercial building projects. The company will spend more time training and educating system integrators and channel partners about products of TP -Link. The company will continue all its training activities and structure for system integrators and channel partners.

What type of partnerships does TP-Link has and how these relationships useful in the future?

We are providing a lot of ideas to the market and motivation. We recently introduced a new programs in Georgia, which are meant to motivate partners. If they achieve the set target goal, they can spend time in Georgia (sponsored by TP-Link). We are also getting feedback from partners and customers if a device is not fulfilling their requirement, we collect positive feedback then evaluate and bring to the R&D team for modifications. This helps us grow all our product lines.
